- Eastman School of Music Sibley Library - Scores and books in the public domain. Many of these are unique to the Sibley Music Library collection.
- UR Medical Center Historical Photographs - Photographs of the University of Rochester Medical Center from the Edward G. Miner Library's History of Medicine collection.
- UR Medical Center Dissertations - includes Doctoral disserations and Masters theses from the UR School of Medicine & Dentistry as well as Doctoral dissertations from the UR School of Nursing.

- Rochester Black Freedom Struggle Online Project - a permanent resource for continuing conversation, learning and research around Rochester's role in civil rights history.
- Camelot Project - Arthurian texts, images, bibliographies and basic information. Edited by UR's Alan Lupack and Barbara.
- TEAMS Middle English Texts - Makes available texts which occupy an important place in the literary and cultural canon but which have not been readily available in student editions.
