Collections in the Business & Government Information Library
The Business & Government Information Library is located on the second floor of Rush Rhees Library on the River Campus. Opened in 2006, it shares space with the Newspaper and Microform Center.

- Historical SEC documents from 1960 -1995.

As the oldest depository library in the area, Rush Rhees Library has served as a depository for federal government documents since 1880. In accordance with public law, the federal depository collection and reference service are available to all residents of the 28th Congressional District. Service is provided at the Business and Government Information Library reference desk located on the second floor of Rush Rhees Library
The Rush Rhees Library selects 68.17% of federal documents through the Federal Depository Library Program. Our federal document collection includes:
- Presidential documents from the Office of President
- Congressional publications, including hearings, reports and documents
- Federal Register and Code of Federal Regulations
- Publications in various formats from every department and agency of the federal government. For instance, Department of Education, Labor, Commerce, Bureau of the Census.
