Send the following to Margaret Engel at least 5 working days prior to the news or event beginning date

 

Text:


Title of news/event
Beginning date
Ending date
Location (if applicable)
Beginning time (if applicable)
Ending time (if applicable)
Sponsoring organization/department
URL link (if applicable)
News/Event blurb (1-2 paragraphs)

 

Image:


Size: Must be at least 375px H X  350px W (High-resolution image preferred)
Copyright: Must have permission to use the image unless it is copyright free (for questions, please contact Nora Dimmock)
Format: Must accompany the text as a .jpg or .gif  attachment (no PDF or WORD documents)

 

Prior to Submission:

  • Images that require graphic assistance may take longer than 5 days
  • If Margaret Engel is out then please send to Mari Lenoe
After Submission:
  • The text may need to be edited for length
  • Changes may be updated at any time. Just ask; the item is not cast in stone

When it needs to appear on the site
When it needs to be removed
What the short title should say (i.e. “database unavailable Sat, Nov 1 from 4-6 p.m.”)
Expanded text that can be used for the detailed pop-up description
