RCL's Digital Signage System Open to the University Community

The River Campus Libraries’ digital signage system is now available to the University of Rochester community to promote news and events on campus.

There are seven displays located throughout Rush Rhees and Carlson Libraries, and the sign rotation is updated frequently. Each digital sign is custom-made by the RCL's digital signage team.

Please note:

·      Signs are created and uploaded to the system on a first-come, first-served basis.

·      Signs must be submitted one week in advance of your planned announcement or event.

·      We cannot accept flyers or images that contain text. Please refer to the digital signage submission form for guidelines.
