  Sample Course Web Sites  
  • Explore the Virtual Embryo which houses and provides a broad foundation for the Dynamic Development Web site at the University of Calgary. This is a rich network of support for students of developmental biology as well as class related material for 2 development courses. 
  • General, Organic and Biochemistry I & II makes good use of frames. The course is divided into 24 modules each of which has lecture and book chapter summaries, practice exams, and other study aids as appropriate. For example, a calculator pops up in the Matter, Measurements, and Calculations module. 
  • Virus World offers images and structure tutorials and is housed on the Institute for Molecular Virology and can be used to support course pages.
