Jude Doble is the Associate University Librarian, Administration and Strategic Initiatives at the University of Waterloo. Her diverse portfolio includes administration and finance, IT and space, HR and organizational development as well as strategic priorities such as equity, inclusion, accessibility, decolonization and reconciliation. She is currently leading the library's strategic space planning project to best serve 41,000+ students and researchers, leading engagement activities across campus. Jude has led other campus-wide initiatives including the award-winning student portal, a personalized digital assistant website and app to provide just-in-time academic, campus life and administrative information.

Jude holds a master’s degree in leadership from the University of Guelph and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Waterloo.
