Dr. Emily Sherwood is University Librarian at Rochester Institute of Technology. At heart, she is an educator and problem solver who finds joy in helping others learn and grow. Emily has spent much of her career pursuing innovation at the intersections of libraries, technology, teaching, and research. She is an alum of the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) Postdoctoral Fellowship Program and the EDUCAUSE/CLIR Leading Change Institute. Emily holds a doctorate in English from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Emily enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her two rescue pups.
