About me

Sue Cardinal is a STEM Librarian specializing in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Earth & Environmental Sciences (EESC, Interim) and Materials Science and works at Carlson Science & Engineering Library where she provides extensive course integrated instruction, manages the chemistry, chemical engineering and EESC collections, and is the library liaison to the Chemistry, Chemical Engineering & EESC Departments. She is active in  the American Chemical Society (ACS) Chemical Information Division (CINF) as well as the SLA Chemistry Division where she has taught “Chemistry for the Non-Chemist Librarian” with Judith Currano from University of Pennsylvania for many years.  Sue received her M.L.S. from Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies.  Sue’s prior experience includes working as a Chemist in the environmental chemistry industry and working at Syracuse’s H. Douglas Barclay Law Library as a Circulation Supervisor.
