Arman
Hi! My name is Arman, and I’m a junior at the University of Rochester double-majoring in Business: Finance and International Relations, with a minor in German Studies. I enjoy exploring business, politics, and global news. I also co-founded a political platform with over 3M+ monthly views and currently work in the Study Abroad Office, helping students explore global opportunities. At iZone, I’d love to help you brainstorm ideas, navigate issues, and think strategically about growth.
Varuni Hazra
Need help zooming in and out? Book a consulting session with me to discover your key strengths and areas of improvement through a Systems-Thinking lens, powered by a Neuroscience background. Not sure what that is? Schedule a session with me and I’ll teach you how the user-centered systems thinking framework can expand your network, your horizons, and your capacity! I’ve worked at the iZone for about two years and have experience with local businesses and student teams for pitch competitions at RIT. Be prepared to walk away with homework!
Jake Gates
Hi! I’m Jake Gates. I’m a driven problem-solver who enjoys a challenge. My background ranges from co-founding social impact projects to modernizing business operations. I can help you with solving challenges, planning, strategy, and connecting to key campus resources. I’m always happy to help.
Khanh
Welcome! I’m Khanh, a sophomore majoring in Finance. Growing up in a family with a background in human resources and commerce, I’ve developed a passion for entrepreneurship and organizational psychology. My research has focused on factors influencing entrepreneurial readiness among young people. I have also been actively observing how HR strategists build strong organizations and inspire their teams. I put these insights into practice by leading a small wholesale startup project and working as an advisory intern at a commercial bank. Whether you’re looking to spark your entrepreneurial spirit, better understand what drives individuals within an organization, or simply explore an idea, I’d be more than happy to support you.
Jose
Hello, my name is Jose, and I am a junior pursuing a degree in Finance. As a community-facing consultant, I have had extensive experience interacting with and connecting with local communities both back home and in the Rochester area. I have been a part of various community-focused opportunities, working in areas such as education and affordable housing. I would be happy to help you get your project or idea to the next stage—whether that involves planning or connecting you to the right people, I am here to help you throughout the process.
Elijah Bader-Gregory
Hello! I’m Elijah Bader-Gregory, a senior majoring in Economics and Political Science. My passion is the intersection of both politics and economics and how they combine to create impactful policy. I’m also interested in strategies to make organizations and programs more efficient. In addition to consulting at iZone, I’ve consulted for non-profit organizations in Washington, D.C., developed community engagement programs for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and have experience leading student government here at the U of R. I can assist with organizational issues, developing ideas, building out next steps for a project, or just being someone to bounce ideas off.

Testimonials
Thank you so much for all the help you and iZone have given us in both the UR and online competition! I've said this before, but it definitely would not have been possible with you guys. We are incredibly grateful and we look forward to working with you in when we get back to Rochester!

Thank you and everyone else at iZone so much… This tour would not be as successful as it is now without your guidance, and we would not be as educated on these matters without you. I will never forget the generosity iZone provided throughout this whole experience.
