Maurini Strub is a seasoned storyteller and systems thinker with a passion for helping organizations clarify their mission and demonstrate the impact of their strategic initiatives. She currently serves as Interim Vice Provost and Interim Andrew H. & Janet Dayton Neilly Dean of the University of Rochester Libraries, where she brings a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to leadership grounded in deep experience across academic libraries.

Dr. Emily Sherwood


Dr. Emily Sherwood is University Librarian at Rochester Institute of Technology. At heart, she is an educator and problem solver who finds joy in helping others learn and grow. Emily has spent much of her career pursuing innovation at the intersections of libraries, technology, teaching, and research. She is an alum of the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) Postdoctoral Fellowship Program and the EDUCAUSE/CLIR Leading Change Institute. Emily holds a doctorate in English from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.

Neil Romanosky


Neil Romanosky was appointed dean of MSU Libraries in Sept. 2023. In this role he provides strategic and administrative leadership for the MSU Libraries. He was drawn to a career in libraries out of a strong commitment to service and a desire to improve information access for all people. Prior to his arrival at MSU he served as dean of university libraries at Ohio University and as associate chief librarian for science research and information and director of Gerstein Science Information Centre at the University of Toronto Libraries.

R. Scott Rasmussen


R. Scott Rasmussen is a senior assistant vice president of Advancement at the University of Rochester. He leads a small team that raises the needed funds for the Golisano Children’s Hospital.  This is a position he has held for almost 25 years.

He has a bachelor's degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Hartford.

Greg Raschke


Greg Raschke is the Senior Vice Provost and Director of Libraries at NC State, where he leads a system of two main libraries, three branches, and over two hundred FTE staff.  He leads partnerships and strategic efforts in pursuit of its vision – to make the Libraries NC State’s competitive advantage.  He served for over a decade as the Associate Director for Collections and Scholarly Communication with the Libraries where he led programs to build, manage, and preserve the Libraries’ extensive general and special collections.  Greg served on the leadership team

Meaghan Moody


Meaghan Moody is the Director of the Mary Ann Mavrinac Studio X at the University of Rochester Libraries, where she leads efforts to integrate extended reality (XR) into research, teaching, and learning. She is committed to building inclusive, interdisciplinary communities that critically and creatively explore emerging technologies. Since its launch, Studio X has grown from a start-up focused on student engagement into a sustainable, research-integrated hub that supports faculty projects and innovative applications of XR across disciplines.

Kelly Miller


Kelly Miller is the Associate Dean for Learning and Research Services at the University of Miami Libraries in Coral Gables, Florida. She is also the inaugural Director of the Libraries’ Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP), who leads weekly mindfulness meditation sessions for the campus community.  Kelly earned an MA and PhD in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Michigan. In 2005, she was awarded a Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) Postdoctoral Fellowship that brought her into libraries.

John Lippincott


From 2004 to 2015, John Lippincott served as president of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), a membership association focused on fundraising, alumni relations, communications, and marketing at schools, colleges and universities around the world.

Under his leadership, CASE reached record levels of membership, revenues, and reserves; established CASE Asia-Pacific and CASE America Latina; strengthened operations in Europe and North America; and expanded services to members in areas such as research and advocacy.
