Accommodations
On-campus accommodation
Limited on-campus housing is now open for booking. Please note that on-campus housing is in unairconditioned dormitory rooms with shared bathrooms. Linens are not provided, but you can reserve sheets, pillow, and blanket separately for an additional fee. Please bring your own towels.
You can choose either a single or double dorm room for $215.26. If you would like to request a specific roommate, please email us separately at sharp.rochester2025@gmail.com with your requested roommate's name. Both roommates will need to email us to confim. If you book a double room and do not request a roommate, we will assign you one.
You can book accommodation on our Eventbrite page. Click on "Reserve a spot" and scroll down the menu to the accommodation options.
Hotel accommodation
For hotel accommodations, we have conference room blocks at the following hotels.:
Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Rochester Downtown. 101 South Union Street, Rochester NY 14607. Rates starting at $169/night
Hyatt Regency Rochester. 125 East Main Street, Rochester, New York 14604. Rates starting at $129/night
StayBridge Suites. 1000 Genesee Street, Rochester NY 14611. Rates starting at $174/night.
When booking accommodations, you may wish to consider proximity to the University of Rochester's free shuttle system or the Rochester public bus system.
