Audio-Visual Equipment
All rooms are equipped with a projector for presentations. However, not every room is equipped with a podium desktop or laptop. Speakers who wish to make presentations involving a computer are expected to bring their own laptops or to arrange to use a colleague's computer in advance.
Most Mac users and any laptop user without a VGA or HDMI terminal will need to bring an adapter.
Detailed instructions for using projectors will be posted in each conference room. Conference volunteers can provide assistance connecting to classroom audio-visual equipment.
