Meaghan Moody


Meaghan Moody is the Director of the Mary Ann Mavrinac Studio X at the University of Rochester Libraries, where she leads efforts to integrate extended reality (XR) into research, teaching, and learning. She is committed to building inclusive, interdisciplinary communities that critically and creatively explore emerging technologies. Since its launch, Studio X has grown from a start-up focused on student engagement into a sustainable, research-integrated hub that supports faculty projects and innovative applications of XR across disciplines.

Kelly Miller


Kelly Miller is the Associate Dean for Learning and Research Services at the University of Miami Libraries in Coral Gables, Florida. She is also the inaugural Director of the Libraries’ Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP), who leads weekly mindfulness meditation sessions for the campus community.  Kelly earned an MA and PhD in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Michigan. In 2005, she was awarded a Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) Postdoctoral Fellowship that brought her into libraries.

She positioned the libraries to provide transformational experiences for students and faculty to achieve their scholarly aspirations. She currently holds an emeritus appointment with the UR.

John Lippincott


From 2004 to 2015, John Lippincott served as president of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), a membership association focused on fundraising, alumni relations, communications, and marketing at schools, colleges and universities around the world.

Under his leadership, CASE reached record levels of membership, revenues, and reserves; established CASE Asia-Pacific and CASE America Latina; strengthened operations in Europe and North America; and expanded services to members in areas such as research and advocacy.

Thomas Hickerson


Thomas Hickerson formerly served as Vice Provost for Libraries and Cultural Resources and University Librarian at the University of Calgary, 2006-2018. Libraries and Cultural Resources is a principal division of the University, combining the university libraries, university art museums, and the University of Calgary Press. Hickerson exercised principal responsibility for the programmatic design of the Taylor Family Digital Library and a high-density storage facility, a $205 million capital project of the University of Calgary.

With more than 30 years of architectural experience, he was recently inducted as a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
